A courtesy car will be provided to the policyholder for the duration of the repair.

With our specialist Third Party Intervention Process, we contact the innocent party and offer to handle their claim directly following a clear cut at fault accident, dramatically reducing costs. Hire is provided and repairs are managed professionally with costs being controlled from the outset. Even where the third party declines an offer of assistance, the provision of an offer can be invaluable in defending any claims for hire or repair which may be subsequently intimated.
Insured Loss Recovery
Our workflow systems are configured for the prompt initiation of recovery procedures. Where reimbursement of outlays is not forthcoming within agreed timescales, we have arrangements to issue County Court proceedings at discounted rates to ensure the ongoing management of claim cycles.
