If a customer is unfortunate enough to be involved in a non-fault accident, they will qualify for our ‘like for like’ vehicle replacement scheme, where we will arrange for a vehicle of comparable size and comfort to their own to be delivered to a location of their choice for the period of the claim.

 

Our unique service amber:go will recover the costs of providing a vehicle directly from the insurers of the responsible party at the end of the claim and in the event of a fault accident, a network courtesy car will be provided for the duration of any repair period.
